Just a few doors down from us, live a herd of goats. From our experience, they must have babies once a week since it always seems like there a few new ones wobbling around, but that’s probably not quite accurate. I don’t think they sell them, so it’s hard to know. There were a few Scottish Lowland cows there for a bit and now they’re gone, so I don’t know if they get eaten, sold, or what.
But we walk down the lane periodically and say hello. They’ll come over, see if you have anything good to eat, and then get bored quickly and go back to grazing.
They have killer eyes.
