Hot, Hot, Hot: Uppie’s Salsa

[pb_blockquote author=”Buster Poindexter”]”Me mind on fire — Me soul on fire — Feeling hot hot hot!”[/pb_blockquote]

Uppie makes salsa all summer long. Maybe not always what you think of as the salsa out of a jar. It’s often born out of whatever is coming out of the garden or is ripe and needs to get used. It all gets diced up and thrown into a bowl to marinate in it’s own juices. It’s like it’s own condiment around the house. Used on top of everything from eggs to tortillas, and put in salads and taco’s evenly. Never the same twice, but it is usually some combination of tomatoes, jalepeños, garlic, onion, lime and cilantro.
