Ghost Signs: Gone But Not Forgotten

For all the old things in Cape May County, from our Victorian homes to historic Colonial buildings, we don’t actually have a lot of abandoned warehouses or old industrial buildings. We do however have a pretty history of signs. Some old and deteriorating, some refurbished, and plenty that are new and trying to look old. But it’s the ghost signs—signs that used to be there, that leave an impression.

This barely scratches the surface, as it’s only a random selection of pictures we took the other day when we were escaping quarantine. This will need a few more outings.
